Important Update
I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continued support and trust in my services. It's been a privilege serving you, and I truly appreciate the opportunity to be a part of your journey.
As you may know, I am committed to delivering the highest quality of service, and part of that commitment involves keeping pace with the ever-changing economic landscape. With the recent inflationary pressures and the responsibilities of business ownership, I find it necessary to adjust my pricing structure.
Effective Mid June , there will be an increase in my pricing. This adjustment allows me to maintain the level of excellence you've come to expect while ensuring the sustainability of my business in the long term.
Along with this necessary price change, I want to highlight a few additional changes to my business that you will see go into effect July 1st:
Cancellation policy: 24 hour notice will be required prior to cancelling any planned appointment. A 20% service fee will be implemented if failure to do so. This allows those on my waitlist an opportunity to be seen.
Schedule change: in order to commit more to my family I will no longer be available on Saturday or Sunday. Additionally, I will be limiting my evening appointments to 6pm weekdays.
After hours appointments will be available upon request and at my discretion. Talk to me personally to discuss after hours fees.
I understand that changes like this can raise questions, and I want to assure you that your satisfaction remains my top priority. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your pricing specifically, please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly. I'm here to answer any questions you may have and to ensure a smooth transition for you.
